Dr. Kelley Keatly is a licensed acupuncturist providing in-home care throughout North County San Diego. Her work focuses on supporting older adults and individuals who benefit from receiving treatment in the comfort and familiarity of home. She holds a Doctorate degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine and is licensed in California and nationally. She is also a certified death doula and works with those in hospice and palliative care settings.
She brings a calm, attentive presence to each visit, combining extensive clinical training with a gentle, thoughtful approach to care. Her treatments are designed to ease discomfort, support emotional well-being, and improve overall quality of life, always working in alignment with each patient's unique needs and any ongoing medical care.
Her goal is simple: to provide care that feels respectful, steady, and deeply supportive during meaningful stages of life.
